THE MOTOR CLUB

SHORT TERM VEHICLE STORAGE & LICENCE AGREEMENT

This Short Term Vehicle Storage & Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

One Property Management Limited trading as The Motor Club (“Operator”)
and
The person completing the online booking (“Client”).

By confirming a booking, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms below

1. Nature of Agreement

1.1 This Agreement grants the Client a revocable licence to store a vehicle at The Motor Club facility for the agreed booking period.

1.2 This Agreement does not create a tenancy, leasehold estate, bailment for reward, or exclusive possession of any particular parking space.

1.3 All vehicle access and movement within the facility is controlled exclusively by the Operator’s valet team.

2. Term

2.1 The term commences on the confirmed booking start date and ends on the confirmed booking end date unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

2.2 Storage beyond the agreed term may incur additional charges at the prevailing daily rate.

3. Access & Control

3.1 Clients are not permitted to access the storage areas directly.

3.2 Vehicle drop-off and collection shall occur only via the designated valet process.

3.3 The Operator may move, reposition, or relocate the vehicle within the facility as reasonably required for operational purposes.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client warrants and confirms that:

4.1 They are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorised to store it.

4.2 The vehicle is roadworthy, insured, and free from known mechanical defects that may cause leakage or hazard.

4.3 The vehicle does not contain dangerous goods, illegal items, perishable materials, or hazardous substances.

4.4 They hold comprehensive motor vehicle insurance covering storage off-site.
